“Logan Pass” is a celebration of nature’s grandeur, inspired by the breathtaking beauty of Logan Pass in Glacier National Park, Montana. This piece is designed to evoke the awe-inspiring contrast between the delicate flowery meadows, the streams and lakes, and the imposing majesty of the surrounding mountains.

My String Orchestra Compositions give an opportunity to explore a variety of musical techniques and expressions. Players will encounter lyrical phrasing, dynamic contrasts, and the challenge of conveying the piece’s vivid imagery through their performance. These pieces provides a balanced mix of technical demand and expressive opportunity, making it an excellent addition to the repertoire for youth, high school, and college string orchestras.
